  1. 50 grams almonds
  2. 100 grams macadamias
  3. 60 grams desiccated coconut
  4. 1 heaped tablespoon honey
  5. 1 heaped tablespoon coconut oil


  1. Add almonds, macadamias and coconut to bowl, mill 5 seconds / speed 9
  2. Add honey and coconut oil, blend 5 seconds / speed 5
  3. Roll mixture into approx 18 balls (I had to squeeze the mixture together to make the balls)
  4. Keep refrigerated
